Food: I heard Nick's Indian food is not nice; that's why I only tried their non Indian food: "lasagna"; “Bruschetta Al Funghi”; “Stir-Fried Veg”; “Special Chowmein”; “Mango Smoothie”; " stir-fried veggies”; “Moose(Eggless)”; and “lemon cheesecake”. Whenever I visit there, I prefer their Special Chowmein without egg. Also, if I talk about desserts, then I prefer lemon cheesecake. I always recommend their mousse and lemon cheesecake to people. They have their own chips, kombucha, bakeries, and noodles — that's one of the reasons I find their noodles better than Kalinpomg, Four Seasons, and Tibetan Kitchen, and their noodles with mushrooms, tofu, and fresh veggies make it special. However, I find their “fried veggies” have a consistency like chow mein —still overcooked for fried veggies. Snowlion makes better 'fried veggies’. P.s: At the time I am writing this, I visited Nick's again to click the kitchen picture, but I was talking with one guy there, and I got to know their lemon cheesecake and in-house noodles contain eggs — but whenever I order special chowmein without eggs — they never told me “dude, noodles themselves contain eggs.

Vibe: Nicks is one of the vegetarian restaurants in McLeod with a vintage interior, like Lung Ta and Snow Lion. Through the windows from the main seating : walking people in the street create an image of changing films on screen, with background vegetables and a flute shop — through another window, the Dhauladhar, deodar, building blocks, and Nick's terrace garden view. — terrace seating a gardern that covered with plastic sheets that make it D positive —unsually, people enjoy breakfast, brunch and sunset tea through that terrace. However, I like their third seating area that is next to the kitchen — that area is street-accessible for wheelchairs and elders.

Hygiene: I always hear from people that Nick’s is hygienic—but I observe something strange. Through the tables next to their kitchen, first I noticed a guy who only wiped the washed dishes — no dirty dishes. How is that possible in India- a guy getting a freshly baked cake from the downstairs bakery, and a guy just making drinks. All staff, from chefs to waiters —everyone are groomed. Only once, a guy came out of the kitchen picking his nose. However, he was not wearing a chef's cap like the other underpaid chefs.

Work: Nick's is not a nice place to work — only 3-4 sockets in the whole cafe, you will not find any power outlet in terrace area, and I heard that they even don’t people to work their and once told one of my friend not to work here —funny part he is the one that introduce me and other friends. And the Wi-Fi speed is good for video conferencing .
