Food: 2 of my friends recommended the “Fried Beans” at this place; one of them took me there and made me try their Fried Beans with tingmo. I found that their beans seemed deep-fried. however, after searching found, a Sichuan Dry-Fried Green Beans and its has similiar ingredient like Norwang “Fried Beans” — ginger, dried chilies, scallions and green beans. The only difference was the use of black beans, not pork. It's because of the dry-frying; the beans get crispy and different from the fried beans I had in common ground.
